A live webcast is an online presentation featuring any combination of one-way video, audio, presentation slides and two-way chat. This process involves both film/audio recording components coupled with webcasting equipment, and web hosting of the live and archived event.

This process involves all the necessary film/audio recording components to produce a professional-looking presentation that can be burned to DVD and/or uploaded to the web for view-on-demand useage.
